HISTORY

Triangle Training has been maximizing the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations since 1989. Over the last 30 years, founding president Bill Delano has worked with over 50,000 leaders from over 400 organization’s to design, construct, and implement experientially-based initiatives ranging from strategic planning, cultural change management, leadership coaching, and team building.

MISSION

Triangle Training uses an experiential learning approach to help organizations build teams, develop leadership, stimulate creativity and address the human aspects of organizational change. We use an experience-based format because people are better able to put new skills and concepts into action when they learn by doing. Our team is passionate abut delivering the highest quality of facilitation and consulting, which helps you transfer those valuable lessons back to the workplace.

WHAT IS EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING?

Experiential Training and Development (ETD) comes in many forms, depending upon the needs of the client: engaging simulations, business-focused problem-solving, group challenges, outdoor adventures, and applied projects, to name a few. ETD is an approach to organizational learning used to develop relationships, enhance performance, or influence organization-wide improvements.
